In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with GDPR Article 33. For less severe breaches, we will document the incident internally and take corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

• Account Deletion:

Personal Data will not be deleted (as stated in par.8.1 of the Terms and Conditions) after account closure.

• However, if a user reopens their closed account, they may be required to re-enter certain or all data and information to restore functionality.

The Site provides the Users with the means to access, update, edit, correct or delete any User Account or Registration Information they may have provided at any time on their own by going to the appropriate page in the User Account or Registration section of the relevant Site Service, and changing or deleting such information as desired:

Users can correct manually entered data or data uploaded via the AI tool.

• Deletion:

Users can request account deactivation (as stated in par.8.1 of the Terms and Conditions).

If the Users decide at any time that they do not want to receive any e-mail materials to which they have subscribed, they may choose to unsubscribe to these e-mails by following the instructions at the bottom of the e-mail material.

8. Data processing and automated decision-making

Well-of-Wealth does not engage in automated decision-making or profiling. Users make independent decisions based on data processed on the platform.

The AI-powered document upload tool allows users to scan or photograph documents (such as budgets, invoices, etc.) and automatically populates relevant fields on our platform.

The AI tool captures and processes data from uploaded documents. Users can review and correct data that may be misdirected to incorrect fields.

• Storage:

Data processed through the AI tool is stored on secure servers or with third-party cloud providers.

• Security Protocols:

While we are reviewing options for additional encryption and security, we advise caution when uploading sensitive data. As AI functionality expands, security protocols may be updated to reflect advancements in AI and data protection standards.
